Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments or class seats.
Retainers may be transferred once if rescheduled 30 days or more before the scheduled date.
Remaining balances are due 72 hours prior to the service (or at class check-in if specified).
No appointment or class seat is confirmed until payment and signed agreement are received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or event are non-transferable and will forfeit the retainer.
No-shows or late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of service and payment.
In the rare event Renata Lynette Beauty must cancel due to illness or emergency, all retainers will be refunded or transferred to a future date.
Travel & Location
Travel within a 20-mile radius of ZIP 20772 is included.
Locations beyond 20 miles incur a flat travel fee (covers up to 1 hour of total round-trip travel).
Locations requiring extended travel time, tolls, or parking may include additional charges.
A clean table or counter space near outlets must be provided for setup.
Natural light is not required; artist will provide professional lighting and chair setup.
Payment Terms
Accepted payments: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or approved digital invoice link.
Cash, checks, and ACH payments are not accepted.
Gratuity is optional and not included in listed rates.
Hygiene & Preparedness
Clients must arrive with a clean, moisturized face (no SPF, heavy oils, or intense treatments within 24 hours).
Artist maintains a fully sanitized, professional kit with disposable tools for all applications.
Classes, Group Experiences & Workshops
All class sales are final and non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible participant with written notice.
The Fall Makeup Experience includes guided instruction, light refreshments, and a follow-up recap email.
Renata Lynette Beauty reserves the right to photograph and record for educational or promotional purposes (participants may opt out in writing).
Liability
Renata Lynette Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used. Clients must disclose allergies or medical conditions prior to service.
Client agrees to release Renata Lynette Beauty and its affiliates from any liability related to service outcomes.
